The course is designed to introduce participants to modern approaches to Business Continuity, highlight its strategic importance, walk through the key stages of Business Continuity Management System development and implementation, and provide a thorough understanding of the BCMS model as defined in ISO 22301. Upon completion, managers and specialists will be equipped to confidently design, implement, and maintain a BCMS within their organization — and, where required, prepare for ISO 22301 certification.

prerequisites

Familiarity with any management system standards, such as: Quality Management (ISO 9001), Energy Management (ISO 50001), Information Security (ISO 27001), Environmental Management (ISO 14001), IT Service Management (ISO 20000), or similar. Experience in a managerial role.
